Scrap yarn blanket - Update
As someone who has been knitting and crocheting for quite a few years I have amassed quite a collection of little scraps of yarn. Add to that all the scraps that other people have fobbed off onto me and that makes A LOT of yarn. And finally I have worked out what to do with it all. A scrap yarn blanket.
This is a current WIP.
My first step was to collect all my scraps and make the first row of a granny square.

Believe me when I say I have a lot of scraps.
This isn't even all of them.
This still isn't all of them.
So after I had done the first row, I went and bought some white aran yarn. I ended up with James C. Brett Aran with Wool in a beautiful icy white.
And then I did the next row of the granny square.
Cute huh?
After this I'm going to do a row of light gray and then a row of dark gray and join it all up.
Loving it <3
I hope this week has found you all well, apologies for the very very late update. Enjoy your week xx
